Manto Elegante values your satisfaction and works to ensure the best shopping experience. If the product has any defect, we offer the possibility of exchange or return under the conditions below:
1. Product with Manufacturing Defect
If the product received is defective, you can request an exchange or return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer .
How to proceed:
- Contact our support via WhatsApp or email at contato@mantoelegante.com .
- Our team will provide all instructions for shipping the product.
- If approved, you may choose to:
- Exchange: for another item available in our stock.
- Refund: full refund of the amount paid for the product.
Note: We recommend that you carefully check the size chart and product description before completing your purchase.
Return requirements:
2.1. The product must have intact and attached labels and seals .
2.2. The item must be returned in its original packaging , undamaged. If the original packaging is compromised, use secure packaging that protects the product during transportation.
2.3. The return must be accompanied by the declaration of contents , which can be requested at the Post Office and attached to the outside of the packaging.
2.4. Payment for the product cannot have been disputed with the credit card administrator.
2.5. The product cannot have been used, washed, nor have odors, stains or alterations made by the customer.
2. Product Review and Refund
After receiving the product at the address provided, our team will carry out a thorough analysis within 30 business days , in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (art. 18, §1º).
Approval:
- If all requirements are met, the refund will be made using the same payment method used, within 60 business days .
Rejection:
- If the product does not meet the listed conditions, the request will be refused and the item will be returned to the customer at the original address, with shipping charges.
Important Notes
- Customized: Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Manto Elegante reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the aforementioned requirements.
