If your tracking code is in the format LPxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx , it can only be tracked on Cainiao Global website.
The tracking code will be sent by email 3 to 5 business days after the order is shipped.
Important:
- In some cases, the tracking code may take 5 to 12 days to start showing information on the Post Office website, due to international shipping.
- When the code in LP format is tracked on Cainiao Global , it will be updated with a new valid code for tracking on the Correios website after the product arrives in Brazil.
